This role involves deploying paint standards, controlling paint operations and equipment, ensuring quality and conformity of the application process, and performing basic maintenance on paint equipment. The technician will contribute to root cause analysis for defects, participate in continuous improvement workshops, and optimize paint consumption. The position requires an Engineering degree (industrial preferred) and the ability to maintain the paint production process according to POMS standards, ensuring basic maintenance and correcting deviations to improve equipment OEE. Flexibility to work any shift and participate in on-call duty is also required.
