About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Paint Prep Technician located at 415 Grassdale Rd, Cartersville, GA 30121. The salary range is $18.00 - $19.00 per hour. The job shift is from 6 am to 4:30 pm, with no travel required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or certification in coatings application or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with the industrial coatings process
• Basic understanding of hand tools and equipment used in coatings preparation and application.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work methodically to achieve quality results.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed and perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.
