About The Position

This role is responsible for the shipping of silencers to meet customer specifications and/or internal requirements. The position involves meeting and exceeding standards for safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and attendance. Key duties include spray painting, packaging, receiving, shipping, and inventory control, utilizing tools such as PCs, paint equipment, saws, nail guns, and cranes. The role also involves process inspection, certification, documentation, warehouse equipment maintenance, and working in accordance with ISO 9001-2015 standards. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years' experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to read, write and communicate
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
