About The Position

The Paint Mixer role is crucial for ensuring products are ready for customers. This position requires the ability to distinguish colors accurately and follow work orders precisely. Success in this role depends on being self-motivated, comfortable with fast-paced, repetitive tasks, and maintaining a high level of quality.

Requirements

• Ability to see color and notice minor color differences.
• Excellent attendance is critical.
• Commitment to safety.
• Must wear safety glasses while tinting.
• Physical ability to be on feet for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift individual paint cans or full cases (up to 4 cans) weighing up to 75 pounds several times a day.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the tint machine is ready for use at the start of the shift.
• Log in to view the assigned workload.
• Utilize an electric pallet jack to pull paint bases from the warehouse.
• Use the computer to follow formulas and fulfill assigned orders.
• Verify that tinted colors match the required specifications.
• Place tinted product back on the pallet.
• Complete necessary paperwork, including printing the BOL (Bill of Lading).
• Wrap pallets for shipment.
• Transport the prepared product to the designated location for shipment.
