About The Position

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Paint Line Utility Operators. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No previous experience is required—we're happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn!

Requirements

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Minimum of a 10th-grade education.
No prior experience required—we provide training!
Stand for the majority of a 10-hour shift.
Frequently walk, bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
Lift and carry up to 10 lbs. continuously.
Lift and carry 10–20 lbs. frequently.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Work in temperatures ranging from approximately 60°F to 115°F, depending on the season.
Have the ability to distinguish colors and perform visual inspections of painted parts.

Responsibilities

Hanging parts onto the paint line for processing.
Removing finished parts from the paint line and stacking them on pallets.
Inspecting painted parts for quality, proper paint coverage, and damage.
Maintaining accurate production records and completing required paperwork.
Operating safely while working with paints, chemicals, solvents, and lubricants.
Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe.
Following all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
Assisting with other duties as needed.
Opportunity to train and advance into a Paintline Painter position.
