About The Position

Standard Iron is hiring entry-level Paint Line Tech Workers for its Alexandria team. The role involves painting, washing, and assembling parts to prepare finished products in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Workers should be able to stay on top of tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Training is provided, and prior experience is not required. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily responsibilities. Available schedules include first shift Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; second shift Monday through Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.; and weekend shift Friday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Second shift receives a 15% shift differential, and weekend shift receives a 20% shift differential.
