Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Manufacturing experience preferred (paint line or coil coating experience is a plus, but not required).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and attendance.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Operate paint line equipment to apply coatings to metal coils.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Perform quality checks and document production information.
Assist with equipment setup, operation, and changeovers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work closely with teammates to meet production goals.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
