About The Position

This position reports to the Paint Line Supervisor and is solely accountable for the fulfillment of all assigned duties. The Paint Line Loader-Unloader is responsible for loading and unloading various parts from baskets or skids onto the conveyor system for painting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
• Manufacturing experience desired
• Ability to safely operate overhead air hoist
• Ability to gain forklift certification
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work as an effective and cohesive team member and take direction from leadership
• Basic math abilities
• Ability to gain knowledge of company products
• Comply with quality, environmental, safety and JOST company policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Load and unload various parts to conveyor.
• Plug and unplug thread holes on fifth wheels.
• Hang and unhang various hook sizes based on the size or type of the part.
• Follow and adhere to company processes for inspection of parts, including final painted parts.
• Perform any additional duties that may be assigned and are logically and properly inherent to this position.
