About The Position

This position reports to the Paint Line Supervisor and is responsible for loading and unloading various parts from baskets or skids onto the conveyor system for painting. The role requires adherence to company processes for inspection of parts, including final painted parts, and may involve additional assigned duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
• Manufacturing experience desired.
• Ability to safely operate overhead air hoist.
• Ability to gain forklift certification.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as an effective and cohesive team member and take direction from leadership.
• Basic math abilities.
• Ability to gain knowledge of company products.
• Comply with quality, environmental, safety and JOST company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload various parts to conveyor.
• Plug and unplug thread holes on fifth wheels.
• Hang and unhang various hook sizes based on the size or type of the part.
• Follow and adhere to company processes for inspection of parts, including final painted parts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and those logically inherent to the position.
