Your Impact As a Paint Line General Laborer, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality finished products by preparing surfaces, operating paint line equipment, and ensuring finishes meet specification. Your consistency and attention to detail directly impact product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions, safety information, and training materials in English
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Reliable team player with clear communication skills

Nice To Haves

1 year of experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting in accordance with established specifications
Operate paint line equipment to support efficient, high-quality production
Hang parts on the powder coat line with approved equipment
Inspect finished and unfinished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals
