About The Position

Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active, learn new skills, and be part of a team? We’re hiring a Paint Line Associate to join our manufacturing team! You’ll help keep our automated powder coating line running smoothly by preparing, loading, unloading, and inspecting metal parts. Powder coating experience is NOT required — we’ll train you! You’ll help make sure parts move through our paint line safely, efficiently, and with the quality our customers expect.

Powder coating or finishing experience

Responsibilities

Loading and hanging metal parts on an automated conveyor line.
Following work orders and loading diagrams to ensure parts are positioned correctly.
Unloading finished parts and preparing them for packaging, assembly, or shipment.
Inspecting finished parts for scratches, coating issues, or other defects.
Helping with masking, plugging, and part preparation when needed.
Keeping parts organized and maintaining accurate counts.
Working closely with painters, quality inspectors, and other production team members.
Following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
Communicating any quality issues, shortages, or equipment concerns to your supervisor.
