About The Position

The Paint & Hangline Supervisor will be responsible for managing production activities, coordinating schedules, manpower assignments, maintaining quality and production standards, and ensuring that all Company Procedures are followed. As a Paint & Hangline Supervisor, you’ll be part of our team located in Martin, TN. You’ll get to: Supervise production activities for: Washers, Hangline, Paint System, Assembly Line Equipment, etc. Coordinate schedules and manpower assignments to meet production requirements. Understand the safe operation of washers, Hangline, ovens, and all support equipment. Handle production personnel matters such as safety concerns, vacation, personal days, disciplinary actions, time cards, training, and appraisals. Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO, Lean and Company procedures. Highlight concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

High School Graduate
Three years experience in a finishing system
Demonstrated understanding of finishing systems
Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Ability to interact with people
Knowledge of ISO and Lean Standards
Effective communication skills as well as good written skills.
