As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our 2nd Shift Paint Department. In this role, you’ll work with our multi-station paint line to ensure steel components are properly finished and meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Use a variety of different hooking mechanisms to assist in hanging steel beams on the paint line.
- Help guide the crane operator to the preferred hanging points.
- Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Ensure that load bars are staged to meet the machines' maximum production ability.
- Monitor parts as they move through the cure oven for final finishing.
- Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
