This role is responsible for procuring, preparing, and recording paints, ensuring the quality of this preparation. The main missions include preparing paints in compliance with procedures and standards (temperature, viscosity, production, quality, flow, health-safety, etc.) according to the manufacturing program. This involves recording preparations in the information system, changing colors in circulating systems, and managing paint application zone stocks using the FIFO principle. The role also includes self-inspecting preparations, raising quality alarms, correcting viscosity, recording non-conformities, and analyzing causes to determine solutions. Additionally, the position requires checking the conformity and correct operation of equipment, cleaning stations, and conducting level 1 maintenance analysis. The Paint Booth Cleaner is expected to contribute to the smooth running of their zone by making suggestions, developing versatility, participating in working groups, complying with company rules and 5S, and assisting colleagues. They must also pass on required information to the production team, attend zone meetings, and notify the line 2 operator of any faults or potential problems, ensuring instructions are communicated to the next paint preparer at shift handover.
