About The Position

Performs a variety of duties involving cleaning, sanding and polishing to a required finish. RESPONSIBILITIES: Polish sanded surfaces using an electric Buffer and compounds with cloth or foam wheels. Remove masking after paint or apply masking prior to a process. Sand surfaces or parts using a mechanical or hand sanding. Sand or grind areas to remove sharp edges, burrs or defects in preparation of paint. Some assembly or disassembly in areas of job function may be required. Wash, wax and clean exteriors, interiors and engine compartments using various cleaners and equipment. May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must possess a HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Strong work ethic / Be a team player.
• Must be able to climb, twist, bend and stoop.
• Must have use of hands and be able to work over-head.
• Must be able to stand, squat, and grasp.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
