About The Position
We are currently looking for an experienced Paint Associate - 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, Mandatory OT as needed, to join our VALUES based organization. Position Starting Rate: $18/hr. In this role you will focus on using a brush to paint small buttons which are utilized to seal surrounds to doors. You will consistently maintain color throughout the entire product that is being worked on, ensuring even color, not too dark in one area and too light in another. You will also ensure the quality of stain and clean and maintain all staining apparatus.
Requirements
- Previous painting experience in a production environment
- Excellent hand and eye coordination.
- Attention to detail a must!
- Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker
Responsibilities
