Paint and Foam Spray 1st and 2nd
About The Position
This role involves receiving verbal instructions and work orders from a supervisor or lead person to paint various materials and equipment using electro-static, airless, and air atomization systems. The position also includes spraying foam on bases and reading orders to determine the type and color of paint. The individual will be responsible for keeping their immediate work area and equipment clean and orderly, and will work independently at times. Other duties may be assigned as needed. The position offers both 1st shift (5 am to 3 pm, Monday to Thursday) and 2nd shift (3 pm to 1 am, Monday to Thursday) with voluntary overtime available.
Requirements
- Able to understand types of paints, chemicals, and mixing materials
- Able to read and understand drawings, charts, orders
- Able to use paint equipment
- Able to work on and maintain paint and foam equipment
- Previous experience with paint, paint equipment, metals
- Able to pass math and tape measurement assessment
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent are preferred
