Pain Management Nurse - Faulkner

This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and accurately documenting nursing care for patients receiving treatment for acute and/or chronic pain. You will work with Harvard-trained and board-certified specialists in pain management and anesthesiology physicians to ensure patients receive the best treatment. Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is a Magnet Designated with Distinction hospital.
Requirements
- BSN required
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
- BLS for Healthcare Providers required
- 3-5 years Med/Surg with Telemetry experience required
- Excellent patient assessment skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients
- Ability to demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities
- Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
