About The Position

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to join an established multispecialty practice in Brooklyn, NY. This role focuses on providing comprehensive pain management care to patients in a supportive and collaborative outpatient setting. Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
Must be Board Certified.
At least 1 year of experience in Pain Management as a Nurse Practitioner.
Proficient in pain assessment, medication management, interventional pain procedures, and electronic health records.
Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and pain evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized pain management treatment plans.
Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on pain management strategies, lifestyle modifications, and treatment options.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with practice standards and regulatory requirements.
