About The Position

We are seeking a detail obsessed, creative minded, operationally strong specialist to support Caesars Digital’s Paid Social engine. This role sits at the intersection of creative operations, performance marketing, compliance, and agency management—ensuring that all paid social campaigns launch with accuracy, speed, and excellence. You will manage the full creative workflow, support the execution of paid social campaigns, and partner closely with agency and platform teams to maintain quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure campaigns are delivering against our growth goals. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strong project management, creative instincts, paid social familiarity, sharp communication skills, and comfort operating in a highly regulated, fast-moving environment.

  • Campaigns launched with zero trafficking or compliance errors.

  • Paid social pacing stays on track with clean reporting inputs from Specialist to agency/platform partners.
  • High-quality ad copy delivered consistently across campaign types.
  • Strong cross functional coordination and reduced operational friction.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end creative workflow for paid social, ensuring every asset is accurate, compliant, on brand, and delivered on time.
  • Partner with Creative to distribute updated toolkits, brand guidelines, tentpole packs, and new asset requests.
  • Manage creative submissions with the Sportsbook and iCasino teams - collecting requirements, driving clarity, and maintaining full visibility into timelines and approvals.
  • Route concepts and feedback between internal teams and external agencies; ensure revisions meet brand, channel, and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with Legal/Compliance to confirm all assets meet strict regulatory, offer, and responsible gaming requirements.
  • Track creative readiness across all campaigns, flag blockers early, and maintain operational discipline.
  • Gather upcoming iCasino game releases and provide clean inputs to agencies for timely creative development.
  • Pull competitive creative examples during key sporting and promotional moments to inform briefs and strategy.
  • Maintain the paid social campaign tracker including creative versions, pacing notes, optimization feedback, and platform changes.
  • Write shortform ad copy for promotable moments, tentpoles, and audience specific targeting needs.
  • Partner with the CDP team to assemble audiences and deliver final segments to agency and platform teams.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to monitor performance, align on pacing, validate optimizations, and ensure campaigns deliver against goals.
  • Work closely with platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X) to troubleshoot delivery issues, gather best practices, and stay aware of new formats or beta opportunities.
  • Pull monthly billing reports and partner with Finance to reconcile paid social spend.
