Position Summary We’re seeking an analytical, results-driven, and innovative Paid Social Media Marketing Analyst to support our performance marketing company’s paid social initiatives. If you’re data-driven and have experience running direct-to-consumer acquisition campaigns through Paid Social advertising (Facebook/Meta, Instagram), TRANZACT is the place for you! Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Paid Social Media performance marketing, managing ROI-focused customer acquisition campaigns (Meta/Instagram)
  • Proven track record successfully developing and executing paid social strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills – Hands-on data analysis experience with advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and/or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A passion for paid digital customer acquisition and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in Analytics or similar field is not required but is a plus
  • Paid Search / Google Ads experience is not required but is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on Campaign Management: Optimize paid social media advertising campaigns focused on customer acquisition and return on investment (ROI)
  • Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive paid social marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify new opportunities and innovative tactics to drive customer acquisition and growth
  • Data Analysis, Performance Management and Reporting: Leverage data analysis & insights to optimize paid social media campaigns, track key performance metrics, and report findings to various stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration: Be the voice and owner of your accounts, collaborating across teams to align paid social efforts with broader marketing objectives
