dub is looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to own paid social end to end - from strategy and planning to experimentation and optimization across big and small bets. This role is highly collaborative, with regular input and support from many departments including creative, compliance, and product, to together build a best-in-class program that solidifies dub’s position as the copy-trading platform for all Americans. This role requires someone who is comfortable setting and operating against aggressive goals with the ability to think both short and long term. This person is customer and growth obsessed, and can continuously extrapolate customer feedback and performance data to generate hypotheses and then design experiments to quickly test these hypotheses. They will have a deep understanding of the channel algorithms and the drive to consistently find ways to beat out other auction participants through creative, media buying, and pixel innovation.
