About The Position

We are looking for a Paid Social Manager who is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor—someone who has scaled performance across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and emerging paid social platforms with a deep understanding of creative strategy, audience development, and measurement. This role requires strong eCommerce performance experience, the ability to scale efficiently, comfort navigating attribution and privacy-driven signal loss, and a proactive, testing-led mindset. You will own Paid Social strategy and execution end-to-end while partnering closely with Creative, Analytics, Brand, Merchandising, and Finance to deliver profitable growth aligned to ROAS, CAC, LTV, and margin goals.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience in eCommerce or a high-growth performance media environment.
  • Deep expertise across Meta , TikTok , Snap , and emerging paid social platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale both prospecting and retargeting efficiently at meaningful spend levels.
  • Strong experience managing creative strategy, iteration, and content testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of modern measurement challenges (iOS privacy, pixel/CAPI, incrementality testing, MMM, attribution modeling).
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, performance modeling).
  • Experience working in-house for a scaled brand or within a top performance agency (both are a plus).
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and comfort managing multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly curious, data-driven, and passionate about growth, creative performance, and innovation within social platforms.

  • Familiarity with product catalogs and multi-SKU environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-funnel Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Execute, manage, and optimize campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, catalog, and conversion-focused initiatives.
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly pacing, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Develop audience strategies leveraging 1P data, lookalikes, retargeting pools, and platform signals.
  • Build and execute structured creative and messaging testing frameworks.
  • Partner with Analytics to interpret performance, attribution signals, CAPI integration, MMM insights, and incrementality learnings.
  • Collaborate with Creative partners to brief, test, and scale content that drives efficiency and incremental conversion lift.
  • Identify platform opportunities, trends, beta features, and algorithm shifts to accelerate growth.
  • Produce clear reporting and insights for leadership teams, highlighting drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Maintain clean account structure, naming conventions, tracking integrity, and overall data hygiene.
