We are looking for a Paid Social Manager who is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor—someone who has scaled performance across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and emerging paid social platforms with a deep understanding of creative strategy, audience development, and measurement. This role requires strong eCommerce performance experience, the ability to scale efficiently, comfort navigating attribution and privacy-driven signal loss, and a proactive, testing-led mindset. You will own Paid Social strategy and execution end-to-end while partnering closely with Creative, Analytics, Brand, Merchandising, and Finance to deliver profitable growth aligned to ROAS, CAC, LTV, and margin goals.
