We’re looking for a Paid Search Marketing Manager who can take operational ownership of Lower’s SEM program across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign execution, optimization, and day-to-day performance management within one of the company’s most important acquisition channels. You’ll report to, and partner closely with our Head of Paid Acquisition to translate strategy into action — ensuring campaigns are structured correctly, budgets pace efficiently, tests are run consistently, and performance insights flow cleanly across Marketing, Sales, and Analytics. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong SEM practitioner who thrives in the details, understands how to drive efficiency in high-intent auctions, and wants to grow into a more strategic performance marketing leader over time.
