THE ROLE: At FloSports, we’re transforming the way fans experience sports, delivering unparalleled live streaming and on-demand access to the world’s most exciting events. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Paid Search Manager to join our Performance Marketing team onsite in our Austin office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the hands-on execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, ensuring a seamless and high-converting experience for sports fans. Success in this role requires a proactive and curious approach, strong attention to detail, and a relentless focus on improving CPA and ROI. You’ll be responsible for building, launching, and reporting on high-volume SEM campaigns, optimizing keyword strategies, and managing automated bidding to drive efficient subscriber acquisition and reactivation. The ideal candidate has direct, hands-on experience with Google Ads and Bing, a deep understanding of SEM performance metrics, demonstrates precision in their execution, and will bring a passion for sports.
