Woodland Direct is looking for a Paid Search Manager to join our in-house performance marketing team. This is a hands-on execution role focused primarily on paid search and shopping performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a strong emphasis on paid and organic Shopping channels and Google Merchant Center. This role works alongside an existing PPC team and shares ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and performance. In addition to paid search, this position supports broader marketing initiatives, including customer journey optimization, SEO, organic social, and cross-channel growth efforts. This is not a reporting-only or theory-based role. The majority of time will be spent inside ad platforms and core marketing tools, supporting live campaigns and revenue-driving initiatives.
