Requirements

  • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills (there is a reason this is the first bullet—it is our most important qualification)
  • 4+ years of experience in a day to day management of paid media accounts
  • Analytical thinker- always asking the “why” and not afraid to speak up
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and formulas to help drive efficiencies for day-to-day tasks. Pivot tables, Vlookups, SUMIFS, are your jam
  • Strong experience running Paid Social campaigns on Facebook/Instagram
  • Strong experience running Paid Search campaigns on Google/Bing

Nice To Haves

  • E-commerce & direct response experience
  • Experience running Google Shopping campaigns
  • Understanding of product feeds and the important components that go into each
  • Experience creating new internal company processes to improve workflows

Responsibilities

  • Run day-to-day paid search operations for clients that could span across multiple verticals
  • Fully managing and taking sole “ownership” of at least one client within the first two months, depending on business needs
  • Lead weekly touchpoint and strategy calls for your clients
  • In time, manage a team continuously driving towards strategic goals
  • Manage and train team members to help them grow and achieve their own personal and professional goals
  • Collaborate across the team to help create blended paid media strategies that has the client’s KPI and goals as the north star
  • Discuss advanced concepts in a clear and concise manner to a wide range of audience comprehension levels, communication and presentation skills at this level must be well developed
  • Play an integral role as a team member on a number of our larger accounts that spend over $500k/mo
