As a Paid Search Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our Veterans United Paid Search accounts running smoothly. You'll team up with the Paid Search Manager to make sure we’re bringing in top-quality traffic while keeping costs and efficiency in check.

Requirements

  • You have a solid grasp of key performance indicators in online advertising.
  • You love to stay on top of industry best practices and are always looking for ways to improve.
  • Spreadsheets? No problem! You’ve got advanced skills in Excel (or similar tools) and know how to put them to work.
  • You’ve spent at least a year working with PPC platforms and related tools, so you know your way around.
  • Testing data doesn’t just look like numbers to you—you can analyze it, interpret it, and turn it into actionable insights. Your strong quantitative and analytical skills help you make smart, data-driven decisions that drive results.
  • You’re comfortable with technology and can navigate basic computer systems with ease.
  • You show up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping a close eye on landing pages, account settings, and best practices for paid search.
  • Digging into the data—analyzing campaigns, sharing insights with the right people, and making smart optimizations.
  • Keeping accounts clean and efficient by reviewing search queries, finding new keyword opportunities, and filtering out the ones we don’t need.
  • Spotting high-cost areas and making strategic bid and budget tweaks to keep things running efficiently.
  • Regularly checking in on performance with routine reporting—making sure our campaigns, networks, and accounts are delivering the best results.
  • Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
