About The Position

David Weekley Homes is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join the Marketing and Communications team at their Houston headquarters. This role involves coordinating the day-to-day management of various Paid Media efforts, including Paid Social Media Marketing, Display/Video Advertising, SEM/Paid Search campaigns, Direct Mail, and Paid Email Marketing Campaigns, as well as general Digital Marketing. The specialist will collaborate with internal customers and vendors to develop and implement media strategies, facilitate communications, and track, report, and analyze website analytics, marketing initiatives, and campaigns. A key part of the role is to execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid media efforts. The position also requires coordinating with third-party sites for home listings syndication, conducting vendor research for digital marketing and analytics tools, and supporting SEO efforts by working with development, editorial, and marketing teams to ensure best practices are implemented and content creation is optimized. Requirements

  • 2-4 years marketing experience within an agency or internal marketing department
  • Experience managing projects and campaigns and effectively communicating with internal or external clients/customers
  • Advanced knowledge of the following tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Ads), Google Search Console, Microsoft Excel
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social ads, display advertising, SEO/ SEM, and other paid media tactics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or General Business

Nice To Haves

  • Experience/knowledge of tag management tools, reporting and dashboarding tools such as DOMO, A/B testing tools, and other digital marketing tools are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, ability to think creatively

Responsibilities

  • Support SEO efforts including, working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices and recommendations are properly implemented on newly developed code and working with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
