About The Position

Trove Brands is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team and support the continued growth of the Owala brand across key retail partners, including Target and Walmart. This full-time, onsite, position will play a vital role in optimizing Owala’s retail product pages, listings, and advertising campaigns within retailer media platforms. The Retail Media Specialist will ensure that Owala’s brand presence across retailer websites is accurate, engaging, and strategically optimized for conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail media, e-commerce marketing, or digital merchandising.
  • Proven experience managing retail media campaigns on TPA, Walmart Connect, or comparable retail platforms.
  • Strong understanding of product page optimization, retail SEO, and conversion-focused merchandising strategies.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and retailer reporting dashboards.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working effectively across marketing, sales, and creative teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • A proactive, test-and-learn mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimizing retail media campaigns across retailer platforms such as Target Partners Access (TPA) and Walmart Connect.
  • Overseeing campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization.
  • Optimizing product pages and listings to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compelling content that drives conversion.
  • Partnering with design, content, and brand teams to improve product imagery, copy, and merchandising strategy.
  • Collaborating closely with sales and brand teams to align retail media initiatives with broader business and marketing goals.
  • Analyzing campaign and product page performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conducting A/B tests and applying best practices for creative assets, ad placements, and product page elements.
  • Staying current on retailer media platforms, industry trends, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Preparing regular reports summarizing campaign results, key learnings, and opportunities for growth.
