About The Position

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who owns performance end-to-end — including creative direction, communication, and continuous optimization . Success in this role requires someone who can identify what’s working, clearly communicate what needs to change, and quickly iterate with the team to improve results . This is a high-accountability role where performance is measured by customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, and revenue growth .

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns with clear CAC or ROAS targets
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate data into clear creative direction
  • Experience working directly with or guiding creative teams
  • Ability to move quickly and operate independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-volume, direct-response environments
  • Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks
  • Experience with fast iteration cycles and performance-driven teams
  • Familiarity with GA4, attribution tools, or analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels
  • Manage and scale budgets based on CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets
  • Lead creative testing and iteration cycles — identifying what needs to change and why
  • Clearly communicate creative adjustments (messaging, hooks, visuals, offers) to internal teams
  • Work closely with designers and stakeholders to pivot quickly based on performance data
  • Continuously test and refine campaigns, audiences, and creatives
  • Monitor performance daily and make fast, data-driven decisions
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks and recommend improvements
  • Provide clear reporting with actionable insights, not just data
