About The Position

As a Paid Media Manager at West Shore Home, you will own the strategy and growth for search marketing for all branch locations. This position will prioritize the team’s efforts accordingly to ensure that we maintain strong performance and results from searches including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, YouTube, and native advertising.

Requirements

  • College degree or minimum 6 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Previous experience managing performance-based teams.
  • Previous experience managing search ads for multi-location businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategy and policy to align with organizational goals, ensuring all campaigns support broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Exercise full authority to set and adjust budgets for paid search campaigns, including reallocating funds and approving expenditures, without prior approval from senior leadership.
  • Oversee paid search ad performance with the goal of increasing volume and reducing cost of marketing, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in campaign management.
  • Report routinely on the team’s performance relative to cost, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Approve major campaign initiatives, optimizations, and strategic changes, in paid search and other paid media channels, ensuring alignment with performance targets and business needs.
