About The Position

Helios is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paid Media Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. In this role, you'll work closely with the Paid Media team to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, monitored effectively, and continuously optimized to deliver strong performance for our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• at least 3 years of experience managing or supporting paid media campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; exposure to programmatic platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or other reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make optimization recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with The Trade Desk or other DSPs is a plus.
• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in a marketing agency or with multiple client accounts.
• Passion for digital marketing and a desire to continuously learn and grow in paid media.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, setup, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve results and maximize ROI.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights based on campaign data.
• Support budget pacing and spend monitoring to ensure campaigns remain on track.
• Conduct campaign QA to ensure accuracy, proper tracking, and compliance with client and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, strategy, and account teams to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Assist with audience research, keyword research, and campaign testing initiatives.
