The Paid Media Director will play a critical leadership role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media and digital performance marketing initiatives across multiple clients, campaigns, and channels. This role balances hands-on execution with strategic oversight, helping ensure campaigns are efficient, scalable, and aligned to business goals. The Director will partner closely with internal stakeholders, platform partners, and leadership to drive measurable outcomes, improve processes, and elevate performance marketing maturity across the organization. Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, paid media, or growth marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience managing paid media across major platforms (Meta, Google Ads, programmatic)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns, budgets, and timelines simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain performance clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sports, entertainment, ticketing, or live events
  • Familiarity with CRM-driven marketing, remarketing strategies, and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience building or refining performance marketing processes and playbooks
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of full-funnel paid media strategies aligned to client and organizational goals
  • Translate business objectives into clear media strategies, channel plans, budgets, and KPIs
  • Oversee execution and ongoing optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Display, YouTube, OTT/CTV, and emerging platforms
  • Monitor performance daily to ensure strong pacing, efficiency, and results against defined KPIs
  • Partner on campaign measurement, reporting, and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Help evolve reporting standards, dashboards, and performance storytelling for internal and external stakeholders
  • Improve campaign processes, QA standards, and workflows across strategy, creative, execution, and analytics
  • Serve as a day-to-day paid media lead, collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring junior team members
