Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Oceania Cruises¿ global paid media and partnership marketing programs. This role drives the development and execution of full-funnel media strategies across traditional and digital channels, including TV/ATV, OLV/CTV, audio, print, display, paid social, and paid search & performance channels. In parallel, the Senior Director oversees the creation and management of brand partnerships that amplify Oceania's presence within the luxury travel space. As a member of the Marketing Leadership Team, this role ensures that all advertising and partnership activities align with the company's business objectives, guest insights, and brand standards while delivering measurable performance and ROI.
