About The Position

This internship exists primarily as an educational opportunity for those working towards a professional career in interior design. Seeking to gain meaningful experience in a professional office, the work of which helps provide facilities and services that support the Church’s efforts to bring souls unto Christ.

Requirements

A junior, senior, graduate level student, or recent graduate in a recognized Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related program.
Experience organizing construction documents.
Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and supporting technologies.
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, organized, professional, and able to handle multiple work assignments.
Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint).
Must be a current student or a graduated student within the last 12 months.
Must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.

Nice To Haves

Possibility of receiving reimbursement for initial NCIDQ application fees.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of projects specific to Headquarters Facilities.
Work alongside teams of experienced draftsmen, planners, outside firms, and project managers.
Earn NCIDQ hours and build career-specific skills.
Update and maintain the current artwork inventory.
Manage the samples library.
