About The Position
Agawam Rehab & Nursing Campus is seeking individuals interested in building a career in healthcare through a structured, hands-on learning experience in a skilled nursing setting. Participants will combine classroom instruction with supervised clinical experience while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals and supporting resident care activities. This position is well suited for individuals exploring entry-level healthcare careers, nursing assistant training paths, or direct care experience. Participants who successfully complete the required training components and obtain state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) may be considered for full-time employment with benefits.

- Able to commit to the full training schedule
