TECHYSCOUTS is looking for a strategic, client-facing Paid Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our clients' paid media success, handling anything from campaign execution and performance reporting to leading strategy calls.
This isn't just a behind-the-scenes execution role. You will own the client relationship for your accounts and have a direct seat at the table in shaping the future of our Paid Ads department. Requirements

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search campaigns, preferably in an agency environment handling multiple accounts.
• Deep, proven expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Experience setting up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data visualization tools like Looker Studio.
• Exceptional Communicator: You are confident leading client meetings, handling on-the-spot questions, and presenting data clearly via Zoom or in person.
• Strategic Thinker: You don't just "set it and forget it." You are always looking for the "why" behind the data and finding ways to improve.
• Autonomous & Organized: You can manage multiple client budgets and deadlines simultaneously without letting details slip through the cracks.
• Collaborative Leader: You are eager to share your opinions, influence department strategy, and help elevate the agency's overall service offerings.

Nice To Haves

• Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with, or a strong eagerness to master, ChatGPT Ads and AI-driven search marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize highly targeted paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
• Pioneer and manage campaigns on emerging AI search platforms, specifically ChatGPT Ads, adapting traditional search strategies for conversational AI interfaces.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
• Continuously A/B test ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize ROI and lower CPA.
• Act as the lead point of contact for paid media clients, leading routine check-ins, strategy pitches, and performance review meetings.
• Translate complex ad data into clear, actionable business insights for clients who may not have a technical marketing background.
• Proactively identify opportunities to scale client accounts and pitch new platforms or strategies.
• Work with the SEO and Account Management teams to coordinate marketing efforts seamlessly.
• Work with Support teams to ensure tracking tasks are completed and set up.
• Build and maintain custom reporting to track daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
• Monitor budget pacing strictly to ensure campaigns do not overspend or underspend, allocating budgets dynamically based on performance.
• Leverage GA4 and conversion tracking protocols to ensure accurate attribution across all touchpoints.
• Act as a key voice in the Paid Ads division of the digital marketing department, helping to shape our overarching paid media strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and the evolving landscape of AI in advertising, sharing insights with the broader team.
