About The Position

Make every working day mean something. Join Komplex Care and deliver specialist, nurse-led complex care that enables people with lifelong clinical needs to live safely and comfortably at home. You’ll care for a Child in Carlisle, working Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day, to provide safe and consistent care in their own home. They live with an acquired brain injury, WPW syndrome and require support with gastrostomy care ventilation, suction. Beyond their clinical needs, they enjoy music, sensory play, baking and you’ll help them enjoy the things that matter most to them safely. With nurse-led oversight, individualised clinical training and the wider Komplex Group behind you, you’ll provide the standard of care you’d want for your own family. You’ll join a dedicated, nurse-led team providing hands-on care for individuals with lifelong and potentially life-critical clinical needs. This is NOT standard domiciliary care. You’ll follow detailed clinical care plans, monitor changes in the individual’s condition and perform the specialist interventions needed to keep them safe, stable and comfortable at home. Komplex Care provides nurse-led care at home for adults and children with lifelong, complex clinical needs. Our teams support individuals requiring interventions such as ventilation, tracheostomy care, suctioning, gastrostomy support and neurological care. Every package includes individualised training, consistent care teams and ongoing nurse-led clinical oversight. Make every working day mean something. Join Komplex Care and deliver specialist, nurse-led complex care that enables people with lifelong clinical needs to live safely and comfortably at home.
