About The Position
Union Padel is bringing the energy of padel to Chicago and is looking for coaches to be part of it. They are building a community around one of the fastest-growing sports in the world and seeking an energetic, passionate, and personable Padel Professional who loves coaching, connecting with people, and creating an environment where players want to come back and play more. This role is an opportunity to grow with the sport, develop players of all levels, lead lessons and clinics, support leagues and events, and help shape the Union Padel experience from the ground up. The ideal candidate brings great energy to the court, takes pride in their craft, builds genuine relationships with members, and is not afraid to think outside the box.
