Seasonal Paddock Judge
About The Position
The Paddock Judge plays a key role in daily racing operations by maintaining equipment records for each horse, coordinating pre-race activities, and ensuring horses and riders are prepared to enter the track safely and on schedule. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with horses in a fast-paced racing environment. NOTE: This job is a safety-sensitive position subject to drug testing requirements. A positive drug test will result in a job offer being rescinded or, for active employees, termination, even if they test positive for marijuana and have a valid medical marijuana license.
