About The Position

Under the direct supervision of the Inventory Supervisor, this position is responsible for operating a pad printing machine to create a tagless label for garments. The role involves unboxing garments, removing tags, pad printing branded designs, and boxing the finished products. Additional duties may include pulling orders, verifying garment details, and maintaining a clean and organized work area following 6S principles.

Requirements

Ability to work well independently and as a team.
Accuracy is required; must be able to print the design on the appropriate area on the garment.
Must understand the order form and be able to count.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
Must be self-directed and self-motivated.
Knowledge of MS Office products: Excel, Word, etc.
Must be able to pick up new software skills quickly.
Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hours per day.
Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write.
Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, judgment, reading, speaking, following direction, handling multiple priorities, reasoning.

High school diploma preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate a pad printing machine to create a tagless label for garments.
Remove tags from garments.
Print branded designs (brand/care and contents) onto garments using a foot pedal.
Fold garments and place them in boxes for the next step in production.
Pull orders of garments for production teams as needed.
Verify correct garment, color, and sizes by weighing/counting garments.
Maintain aisles, ensuring racks are clear, cleaned, and organized.
Follow 6S principles: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety.
Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects.
