We are currently seeking a part-time PACU/OR RN to join our clinical team at our Reading, MA location. In this role, you will provide nursing care and support to patients undergoing reproductive procedures and post-anesthesia recovery. Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BLS and/or ACLS certification required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in women's health and/or fertility
- PACU experience a must
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing Egg Retrieval, Embryo Transfer, and Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) procedures
- Deliver post-anesthesia recovery care in the PACU, monitoring patients through admission, recovery, and discharge
- Oversee patient admission, monitoring, and discharge in accordance with clinical protocols
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and care providers, ensuring clear communication and compassionate support
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold medical records per policy and compliance standards
