About The Position

Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers is seeking a PACT Team Leader to monitor and oversee specialized clinical services provided to consumers. This role involves providing feedback to leadership on strategies to ensure employee compliance with policies and standards, focusing on employee morale and consumer outcomes. The Team Leader is responsible for monitoring services, outcomes, and productivity to ensure compliance with strategic initiatives and budget, while modeling the organization's mission and core values. Success requires team members to meet expected performance standards, with Lighthouse providing necessary tools and training.

Requirements

  • Oklahoma State Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Behavioral Practitioner, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Alcohol and Drug-MH Counselor.
  • Two years experience in a professional capacity involving the delivery of clinical service or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Considerable skill in working with people, in effectively treating social, emotional and addiction problems, in expressing ideas clearly and concisely in written and oral form, in exercising good judgment in evaluating situations and in making decisions.
  • An expectation of core competencies in relation to individuals with co-occurring disorders, trauma informed and collaborative care.

  • Continually participate in building and maintaining positive working relationships through effective communication, performance improvement and teamwork efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and clinical leadership to the PACT team members to support and develop the provision of services, ensure compliance with PACT model and standards.
  • Is available to direct reports for emergency and after-hours consultation and supervision.
  • Creates a work climate that emphasizes collective team performance and demonstrates Lighthouse’s mission and core values.
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with Lighthouse team members and supervisors, as well as external contacts such as law enforcement, ER’s, landlords, employers and other related community partners.
  • Participates in the hiring, training and evaluation of staff performance of program staff.
  • Serves as a model for and communicates the function, mission, and core values of Lighthouse to staff, consumers, community partners and the community at large.
  • Carries out performance improvement activities such as coaching and training on chart review scores, clinical documentation, ETPS and other quality measures.
  • Maintains supervision documentation.
  • Monitors the needs for the delivery of services, recruitment, interviewing and hiring to fulfill program needs; staff assignments; completion of performance appraisals.
  • Direct the day-to- day clinical operations of the PACT team including scheduling staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for 24/7 coverage.
  • Lead team meetings and clinical staffings.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and service plans; provide direct clinical treatment to PACT clients.
  • Direct and coordinate the client admission process and treatment recommendations in coordination with the team and medical provider.
  • Schedule the admission interview and make team assignments.
  • Provides interaction and communication with supervisors, other clinics, URC, administration, and community partners to coordinate the services provided by Lighthouse.
  • Facilitates a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage those of other cultures of backgrounds.
  • Monitors monthly financial reports and expenditures and facilitates adjustments and changes to meet budgetary expectations.
  • Monitors staff scheduling, program data and productivity to ensure fiscal responsibility and budgetary compliance.
  • Develop and oversee the PACT program budget.
  • Completes applicable program monthly reports as assigned.
  • Monitors and oversees monthly revenue goals and clinical performance to achieve the goals; monitors prior authorizations for services and ensures services are clean and ready for revenue cycle.
  • Collaborates with and supports the Director of Clinical Excellence to assess training needs and develop and implement training curriculum.
  • Promotes the professional development of team members by minimally providing monthly supervision to assigned direct reports and in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources assists in the development and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans to address specific employee needs.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Outpatient Services, Regional Directors, Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Human Resources, provides for continuity of care by recruiting, selecting, training and supervising clinic personnel.
  • Participates in Leadership development and growth opportunities provided by Lighthouse.
  • Remains competent and current through self-directed professional reading, developing professional contacts with colleagues, attending professional development seminars, and attending training and/or courses as required by Lighthouse and obtaining Continuing Education Units (CEUs) as required.
  • Provides clinical supervision for non-licensed staff operating under the supervisor’s licensed as assigned.
  • Contributes to the overall success of Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers by performing other reasonably related duties as requested or assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management.
  • Team member must be willing and able to perform all job-related travel normally associated with this position.
  • Must meet “satisfactory” expectations at any scheduled job performance evaluation, coaching and/or Performance Improvement Plans.
