About The Position

Responsible for the accurate and efficient packaging of divisional Retail/Cup product. In the event of absence, the position will be filled by adequately trained personnel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other responsibilities with similar skill and work conditions as assigned. The accurate and efficient handling, labeling and packaging of divisional Retail product. The ability to handle the accelerated process flow of the Pack-out process.

Requirements

  • Must adhere to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and all Food Safety policies including “Clean as you go” program.
  • Must adhere to all Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.
  • Responsible for reporting suspicious packages, activities and individuals.
  • If monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points), must be trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s).
  • 100% adherence to all company GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures); no deviations.
  • Ability through training and appropriate time in the position; to run, adjust, breakdown and reassemble appropriate job specific processing/packaging equipment.
  • Update Supervisor on any hindrances to successfully performing your position.
  • Immediately notify your Supervisor of any recognized issues/failures while performing your position.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
  • Regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Nice To Haves

  • Trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s) if monitoring CCPs.
