About The Position

NOVO Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packout/Load Builder to join our team at the Louisville, KY facility. Join a collaborative team that provides high-quality service to healthcare partners across the region. The Load Builder is responsible for loading various types of linen items according the individual clients order, in proper order and to the correct cart prior to delivery to the institution.

Requirements

High School Education, GED and formal education / training preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and the willingness to learn new computer applications.
Good analytical skills in order to be able to determine number of carts required for orders.
6 months to 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or service industry.
Ability to work in a noisy fast paced environment.
Ability to count items and verify against prepared lists.
Demonstrated customer service and organization skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Is able to identify the various lines of linen products the company offers and its respective function.
Builds bulk carts by filling it with the individual linen product
Reads the individual customer tickets and insures the proper product and count is then loaded into the cart.
Weight carts in /out and enter data of into a computer program
Uses a hand held electronic scanner.
Works independently or as part of a team.
Ability to multitask.
Assist and perform other duties as assigned.
