About The Position

We’re seeking a Warehouse Specialist who will be responsible for assisting with projects in the warehouse to include: organization of the warehouse; helping to manage changes to and within warehouse processes; supporting areas across production including item processing, packaging, and customer pickup; and helping to develop and maintain processes of inventory management and flow.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Accuracy in checking products and labeling orders.
• Familiarity with basic warehouse, hand tools, and computerized inventory systems.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Located in Ohio and/or the Cincinnati, OH metropolitan area.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States for EBTH.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and label products according to customer orders and safety standards.
• Examine products for defects before packing and ensure all items match the packing list.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
• Log, weigh, and seal shipments, ensuring accuracy in shipping records.
• Utilize tools such as scanners, dollies, pallet wrappers, or packing machines.
