About The Position

Entry Specialist within the Packing Operations job family. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret safety instructions, job orders, quality specifications, and other related documents.
• Good written and verbal communication, and basic math skills.
• Strong math and mechanical reasoning skills.
• Ability to contribute as part of a team.
• Positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine tasks.
• Interpret safety instructions, job orders, quality specifications, and other related documents.
• Grip, squeeze, and pinch.
• Use a hard tined rake to move/break apart parts frequently.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance.
• Regularly lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Complete all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
