About The Position
We are hiring Packing Associates to support warehouse and packaging operations at our Monmouth Junction facility. This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous experience is not required. Selected candidates will receive training to understand the facility's processes and daily operations.
Requirements
- No previous packing or warehouse experience required
- Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks during the shift
- Reliable and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment
Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare products according to company procedures
- Inspect products before packaging
- Label and organize packaged items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed
