Packing Assembly Associate
About The Position
Sauder Woodworking has 1st shift openings in our packing department. This role involves running and monitoring production to ensure quality product is made safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include computer interactions, maintaining records, and keeping the work area organized according to the 5S policy. The company is looking for individuals with good communication skills, the ability to cooperate with diverse groups, a self-motivated and positive attitude, and flexibility to learn new tasks. Prior forklift or operator experience is a plus, and the company can accommodate Spanish speakers.

Benefits
- Eligible for increases at 6 months and 12 months based on performance—up to $1.75 increase in first year
